I have been going to this particular Midas location for many years. Brian (and, more recently Joe) have always been straight with me in the past about issues with my car(s), and I have never felt pressured by them to do things that they have recommended if I declined them at the time. They seems to be honest, straightforward people, giving me the information I need without BS or "spin" and I very much appreciate that, as I have generally felt (in the past, at other car care places) that I'm constantly being pushed to do more things, and I am not convinced those things are necessary. It is a pleasure to work with friendly, honest, non-pushy, knowledgeable, and straightforward professionals. Although I didn't have a lot done this particular visit, I have had a lot of service over the years, and I am basing my answer to this question on those visits as well.

Everyone is friendly, they look throughly at my vehicle, and they make recommendations based on my vehicles needs.

This Midas goes above and beyond. There service was excellent and they stand behind there work. I go there for all my repairs. Thanks to all the people who work there.
