I had a problem with my exhaust. I called to see if I could get an approximate cost over the phone. The person who answered went over my options, provide a cost and mentioned they could give me a free estimate if I came in. I stoped by the showed me what needed to be done, provided an estimate, less then what he said on the phone and I scheduled the appointment for 2 days later. When I dropped off my car I made it clear I needed it completed by a specific time. I even mentioned if they could not get it done by then, that I would come back another day. They assured me it would be done in lent if time. They called me a 1/2 before the time i needed it by telling me it was done. I went in, paid for the work, and the even plugged in my headlight connection which had come undone, at no charge. They could not have been more professional. I am very happy with the whole interaction and would go back and recommend friends and family.
