Big O Tires

I was running around crazy trying to get everything done and I came in 20 minuets before they close and they didn't care they stayed late and changed my oil and they were very nice about it. the customer service is so good there!! I won't go anywhere else. It's so refreshing to have great customer services

They seem very professional. I asked them questions and they provided answers. At the end of the day we replaced the sensors on all four tires.

Thermostat went bad, i was in bind with sub zero temps, car towed in and back out on the road the same day. Other local competitors would be 2-3 day wait time. Time is valuable, cant afford to lose that.

I was highly satisfied with my Big O tire experience for a couple different reasons. First, I came out from work and notice that my metal wires were coming out of my front tire and I knew I needed it fixed as soon as possible. I called them at 3:30 pm and they were able to change two of my tires by 4:15 without an appointment. The next day, I had one of my other tires, that were not changed, blow out. They were able to get me in immediately and take care of my car and put an additional two more tires on my car. I am highly satisfied with the experience that I had and the quickness that was provided to me. I ended up having to get a Big O credit card and the policy was explained to me perfectly. I will definitely keep recommending Big O to family and friends. I will be back for my next car appointment because they are the quickest and most communicative auto shop around this area that I know of. I can't explain my praise enough.

Went there for the first time earlier this week. Friendly people, nice clean store with a comfortable waiting room, and very reasonable pricing. My go-to store for all things tire related from now on! Love this place!

Friendly staff, service scheduled was completed timely, able to get appointment next day, other needs based on vehicle inspection was explained clearly and an estimate was provided along with a timeliness of when it needed to be completed for safety.

Great Customer Service, computer systems were slow but didn't affect the service.

I called and the associate Jose made it very easy to come in and switch out my tires. He even made time even though i called the same day as the appointment.

because my wheels are $3k i don't go to these guys for them... BUT, i brought a set of wheels and tires to them for my wife's car. one needed to be patched and i got them all re balanced. they were super nice, super quick and they even put bags around the wheels and tires so they wouldn't dirty up my show car! much appreciated!

The manager Curtis and other employees are always so nice and accommodating. Today, they got me in and out in an hour while they were busy because my 2 year old needed his treatment in the city and has an upcoming surgery that I absolutely needed a functional tire for. I am so grateful that they were able to help me so quickly, I know everyone has their own issues but I was very nervous that I wouldn’t be able to make his appointments. We usually stay in the lobby and wait and I don’t even mind doing so because everyone is always nice and friendly. They always offer to turn the tv to something for my kids as well. Something stressful like needing repairs on your car are made a bit easier with staffing and service like this. I’ll always come here if I need anything and recommend it to whoever I can! I’ve

Everyone at this store was friendly and knowledgeable. We will certainly return for any service needs. My only regret is that I did not get the name of the young man who served us at the front desk. He was very courteous and helpful.
