Big O Tires

Sam, in service, was extremely helpful and worked with my friend in an emergency, after a tire blow out, to order four tires when I was still flying back to town! He patiently gave us the options in separate phone calls, and arranged the tire order and scheduled the service before we could get the car there. The service was completed when he said, and I received a call when it was finished. I picked up the vehicle and was able to go about my business during this really busy time of year, as I was scheduled to go out of town again a couple of days later.

The customer service was great and they gave me honest advice about what I needed in terms of parts and likelihood of the problem reoccurring.

The sales associate was great, the tech was great, very thorough, as I watched on, our all lug covers, small VW insert hub, back on. He was the only tech working at that early morning hour, so I was in and it promptly.

There was a lady at the Front Desk, named Dana. SHE WAS AWSOMESAUCE!!!!!!! As well as the rest of the Crew that was on Staff Friday 11/22/19. I had a 3:00 appointment, to get a replacement tire put on. Now I usually go to the location in Independence, which is close to my house, but I decided to go to the location on Wornall, which was close to my job, more convenient, and the service was just Above and Beyond. I just cant say enough about Dana, I wish all companies had Customer Service like that. She was informative, kind, understanding, polite, gracious and just a all around good person. I felt like I had gain a new friend by the time that I left. Everyone in the store was just truly a pleasure. I just wanted to take a minute to recognize the great service that the employee's provided me at this location. This may be my new location from now on.

Sharon was very professional and polite with explaining the alignment packages. She spoke to me as soon as I walked in the door. Very sweet I will be returning again.
