So glad I found Big O tires for all my vehicles maintenance work! Great job!

Manager found a slot to work me in even though he was fully booked and car wAs finished earlier than projected.

They are always so patient with me (I'm not a car person at all!) and very helpful in a pinch. Will be returning if I need more tire work!

I brought my car in due to a slow leak on one of the tires. They found that it was a bad seal, fixed it, tested it, and didn't charge me for the service. I've always liked Big O's service but this was going above and beyond.

We came in because we heard air leaking, turns out needed new tires. They stayed late to help us get them ordered and we got them put on the next day. Husband had to work late so they stayed late once again to make sure we had our tires on. Great customer service! Thank you all so much!
