I had made an appointment for an oil change and a tire rotation. Upon talking with the service manager, he suggested that I wait a bit longer on the tire rotation since he could see the tires were only about 6 weeks old. and driven about 2500 miles. I thanked him and took his advise. He explained everything well to me before, during, and after my oil change. I appreciated that. The pricing was fair and I was on my way in a timely manner. We have just moved into the area and will be using Big O Tires in the future for both our vehicles. Thank you.

I’ve been going to this location when it was NTB and Jake took over as the manager then and currently as Big O. I’ve known Jake when he started out as a technician, only allow Jake to handle all 3 of my vehicles.

I complimented the tech to his manager and was told the guy was brand new. I'm quite impressed at his professionalism and expertise. The entire office staff was very nice. They advised on upcoming maintainence and explained why some things needed doing. - The manager entered the waiting area and I asked a question about my next visit and his response included small details that I had been told before. It made me feel good to know that the guy at the counter had been thorough and correct in his assessment. Huge thumbs up to all 4 employees that handled my questions and worked on the vehicle.

Given great customer service experience when I called to get a quote for service. Came in and got the work done. Came back later when I was having concerns about the work and my concerns were looked into. The staff was friendly, addressed my concerns and in some ways went above and beyond.

They were amazing to talk to as well as super nice and considerate.

The main person I communicated with, I believe his name was Jake, was extremely helpful in working with the issues I was facing. He assisted me in dealing with an inspection on my car being mishandled by a different shop. I got out with the fixes I needed without any other problems!
