THIS Big O is awesome. Everyone is friendly and helpful, but I'm pretty sure that they're supported by a great manager. Jake Vicich went above and beyond to help me resolve a tire warranty problem. It is obvious that this location is managed well. Not so much for the Liberty location. The 'Manager" in Liberty Big O wouldn't even return my calls or help in any way whatsoever.

Jake Vivich was exceptional. He was very friendly and very helpful. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I really feel like he went out of his way to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and needed. I will be returning to this location as long as her continues to manage this store. You guys had the tires I wanted, and you performed the services I ask for exactly as needed and in a very timely manner.

This was the 1st time I have been to this location and I have to say it was a great experience and I will be coming back.

Jake Vicich is and always has been nice, polite, and professional. I enjoy going to the store if he is there. I try to make my appointments when he is there. There is another person Nick and he is horrible. He is rude, arrogant, just straight up a pig of a human. I refuse to go if I know he is going to be there or I don't go alone anymore. He will be the reason I never go back to the store.

I bought a set of tires at your Hollister, Mo location. At the time of installation they told me my front end was out of alignment. I told them I didn't have any issue with steering. They insisted my tires needed aligned. I said OK. When I drove 3 miles home I called and told them - the steering was messed up and I would bring it back, they asked I drive for awhile- I did, 75 miles. Took it back the next day had aligned again. Drove home it was still messed up. Drove back to KC, MO went to store here, they re-aligned- told me it WAY OFF and realined. I Took back two days later and asked for tires to be checked. They did and found just the front tires were out over 6oz. I figure the person or your equipment in Hollister was messed up and I should get the cost for that word given back to me. The employees in KC were amazed to see such poor workmanship. I was going to put a strip sign in my back window saying: Don't Buy Big O. However: They worked really hard to correct my problems. You have a GREAT TEAM there. Let me know your feeling on giving me my money back for the alignment.

I always choose Big O over any one else. Love the people that work here and the service. I would rather wait than choose to go somewhere else. Love the prices and quotes for future services

Randy was extremely friendly when he welcomed me inside the building to prepare my ticket on my car. Once the car was finished, Jordan (the technician that worked on my car) was very thorough and observant of everything that he saw when he worked on my car. Would highly recommend coming to see him for any of my service work. Jordan deserves a steak dinner.
