I brought in a set of tires, I ordered offline. During the process one of my locking lug nuts broke, so I had the out of four tires swapped. They had to order a special socket to remove the busted lug nut and ended up letting me have it at no charge. All in all I was extremely happy with my experience at Big O Tires, in Liberty, MO.

Since Feb. 2019 I being bringing two of my vehicles for oil changes and the service is top notch every single visit twice a month since I drive two of my vehicles for Uber and Lift. Every 4 weeks my vehicles return for monthly maintenance.

Mgr/Ryan did a test drive to get a clear understanding of the issue I was having..
