Big O Tires

employees spend excessive time on computer punching keys with little interaction with customer. The computer age has taken its tole on face to face communication. Other than that tires were installed in record time. I was suppose to get a rebate for using my NTB/Big O card as well as a rebate from Michelin. Can you advise me if this is going to occur? I ordered the tires before the Dec 8 deadline. Thank you in advance

After being turned away from so many other tire centers, this staff got me in and out as quick as they were able to. Rachel Baty was phenomenal with making sure we were comfortable and out as quick as possible. I was stranded in KC for over 24hrs trying to find somewhere were I could purchase 2 tires and get my flat replaced. They got me in and out in 1hr. Replacing my tire and even an alignment with at least 5 other people ahead of me. Exceptional service

They confirmed that the noise I was hearing was tire noise & not differential noise. My Ford dealer had also said it was tire noise.
