Big O Tires

Was able to get an appt. the same day that I called. I was losing air in a tire and they checked it out, removed the object that was causing the leak, and made the necessary repair. All of this was taken care of promptly and efficiently. Much to my surprise, I was not charged for this service, and was told that it was corporate policy not to charge for this specific service! Now that I know they also do oil changes and all types of auto repair, we will use those services as well.

I was impressed with the thoroughness 0f the service and the friendliness of the manager.

Quick response to my needs

Tire purchase was painless. Called and made an appointment. Tires were in stock. Left the car there for installation. Service provided timely and as expected. Car waiting when I returned. Store manager Jerry was very personable, knowledgeable, and courteous. I have used this store often due to customer service, promised car-ready time, and professional mechanics.

Sarah Gash was very helpful in explaining what needed to be done and what it would cost. She kept me informed during the procedure, very knowledgeable.

The manager was very friendly, professional and honest. The mechanic completed all the work by the time I was informed. I called 4 other businesses to see if they could complete the work, which was on a Sunday and no one had a mechanic on duty. I asked another busy do they know any business that I could called. They aaid yes, Big O Tires, which I never heard of before. My company van runs a lot smoother.

Had a slow leak and the team was able to fit me in on short notice. They found a nail. Removed it and patched the tire quickly and cheaply. Tire is still holding air several days later.
