Jerry did an excellent job of communicating with me and efficiently getting the work done on my vehicle.

They took my concerns into account and checked my transmission fluid for me. It was low and they topped it up for free. They recommended taking it in to Certified Transmission as they found a slow leak and don't do in depth transmission work at Big O. They found several things that need addressing but did not try and hard sell me or scare me into doing it all right now. They gave me a quote to fix what they found and let me go at that. Very nice and trustworthy.

Very thorough and easy experience....

I had a vibration in front end. I dropped off my truck and asked Sarah to check it out for me and let me know what they find. Less than 30 minutes later Sarah call me to let me know a control arm and ball joint was bad on one side and the other side had some movement. She recommended replacing both upper control arms and ball joints. She also suggested that due to the high mileage on my truck I should consider replacing struts and shocks to improve the ride and handling. I agreed with her and asked if i should replace the lower control arms and ball joints while they were in there. Sarah went back to the tech, asked his opinion and came back with it does not need replacing. Something like that doesn't happen too often. Great service, great experience and glad to know if it doesn't they wont replace it. Sarah is great. This is the second truck i have had in there in three month and very happy with both experiences. Keep up the good work.

i had a tire blow out and the team (Melvin) took the time to teach me how to put on my spare while they ordered the tire. It was onsite in a couple hours. I was able to work remotely while they put the new tire on because of the great wifi. Overall fantastic expérience!

I purchased tires at Big O in OCtober 2018. On a recent inspection the Honda dealership found two nails in my tires and wanted to charge me $70.00 to remove them, instead I went to Big O where I was not charged for remvoing the nails....very impressed! Thank you
