Big O Tires

I had to app. at this store. I called the store on Fri. AM and asked for an app. for an oil change. Matt asked when I would like it. I said you tell me- He said noon, 1 PM and I said 1 would be fine. I got there 15 mins. early and parked the car in the lot. Went inside and filled out the paper work and sat down. At 1:52, my car was pulled into the garage and was back in the lot at 2:17--Remember my app. was for 1--My question--Why schedule appts. if you are not going to keep your word. I know you guys get busy--But don't make appts.if this is how you keep them.

In for an oil change. Very fast, efficient. knowledgeable bunch. Thanks Howard for all your help. Will be back.

Took the car for a typical oil change before our trip to Indiana. My mom wanted to check the oil and the oil is dark brown and thick. I will NEVER take my car to this company again. Losing my faith in large chain companies.

Called them to get an idea what a tire repair would cost.Gave me the price with no games.Went and they were friendly, and fixed my tire.Forgot about my wheel locks, and they didn't treat me like an idiot.Got them out of my glove box for me, and did a great job.

The website made it very easy to book an appointment. The gentleman at the check in were very friendly. I may need to come back though as after having my flat fixed my tire I had repaired is showing to high of inflation on the tpms.
