I came in to get a new tire because mine had a slow leak and popped. Everything was alright until the next morning when my brand new tire was flat.

I called at 3:30 PM and asked if they had time to do a brake fluid flush and refill. They said yes so I took it right over. They were done within 45" and I was on my way. Great customer service and friendly people.

Have spent a lot over the years with Hollister store.had coolant flush oil change. Car ran bad after. Had Branson tune.still runs rough.after almost $700.00 overcharged for tuneup.

It happened again--I called and made an appointment' I arrived 15 mins. early and got signed in and went to the waiting area. 60 mins. later I looked out to the parking lot and my car was still there--I asked the guy at the check out area why my car was not being taken care since I had and appointment for 45 mins. earlier--WE are to busy!! I then asked him if he could define to me what an appointment means and he could NOT--he did say he was sorry--but my car sat in the parking lot for 20 more mins. before it got worked on(Health car special}--This is not good--WHY make an appointment?????

We were on our way from TX and both my back tears started peeling. We made it to Big O in Springdale, AR and them take a look. After them reviewing all info (we keep it all), our tires only had 25,000 miles on them and we bought all 4 from Big O. We were told that the back two would have to be replaced at a cost of nearly $250. We told the manager that we were told all tires were good last time we were there. We had taken it to them 3 times before and told them it was pulling right after every alignment. LITERALLY, within a day or two of having it aligned. After 3 visits, they discovered a pin sticking on the left brake. Said that would not affect the pulling. Replaced pin (we paid with no hesitation) and said the problem was fixed. My question - how does a left pin effect a pulling right? So, again, they replaced the pin and rotated all tires. During this rotation, it should have been noticed that the tires were wearing on the sides. Nothing was said. We left only to be driving and the car starts shaking. We stop for gas and I look at all tires. Back ones are peeling and wires showing. The Big O in Springdale covered 1 tire, rotation, front end alignment, and everything else for $140. I told them it was not fair for them to cover someone else's lack of professionalism. He said it would be taken up by corporate and that he didn't want to lose business for Big O. We live closer to the Big O in Branson and used to visit the Big O in Hollister regularly. We will now go back to Big O in Hollister because of this inattention and what seems to me a deliberate overlooking of balding tires after only 25,000 miles. It seems they didn't want to cover the cost of their overlooking that we kept complaining of it pulling right. Big O in Springdale were great and the car does not pull to the right anymore. Thank God for good businesses and bad. Without the bad we would never know what good really means. This lets us know where to go and where not to go. Have a great day.

I was happy to find out Matt was the store manager when I wandered in there after the store opening. It is always such a pleasure to get in and get out, they answer and handle all of my questions with nothing but kindness and gratitude (I am a 24 year old girl so I ask a lot of weird ones). I'll keep my business here as long as Matt and his assistant manager are there!

They messed up my alignment. Chewed new tires up voiding warranty from installer. Then, relayed it was my fault because I hit the notorious bumps in Branson? Horrible experience yet again with big o tire. This time it's gonna cost me over 1000$. The alignment was so far off from a part they didn't notice wasn't right. Twice- they didn't notice. But they reassured me it was my fault. Atrocious. This is not how you treat good paying customers.

Just got my oil changed the day before I left for Indiana. Wednesday is when I got the oil change, on Sunday afternoon when my mother checked the oil it was dark brown and thicker than normal. I will NEVER got to this location or this company again.

Jasper was very professional and friendly on the phone when I called to asked prices and appointment policy. He was just as friendly in the shop as well. Prices are the best in town! We will be back!

My car is a little older than most but is still running and is important to me. I went to my local big o seeking an alignment. I was quoted 74$ four wheel alighn. After a very long wait and watching torches being used on my car i was approached with news that my car couldn't have the four wheel alighn and one wheel in right reer was a little off. For some reason i still had to pay full price on a alignment i didn't receive, pluse my car pulled worse than before. Now my front end pops clanks and rattles...when it done none of this before..i returned next day get new problem fixed...there answer "my struts were worn out" over night? I am very unhappy and will never recommend nor return to there store.

we had a blow out on our boat trailer on the way to Table Rock. We slowly made it on 3 tires to Big O. They had the tires we needed, installed them in less than 30 minutes and we were on our way. Exceptional service.

I have taken my car twice to them for a an oil change and the first time they never gave me the discount for ladies day. Didn't realize it til after I got home. There was no point to drive back up there. Then took my car the other day for an oil change after I left I went to the gas station and checked my fluids and they didn't put any in. So after 2 bad experiences I will not be taking my car to Big O anymore.

Took my vehicle in for simple safety inspection, left with a failed inspection and a $500.00 estimate for needed repairs, repairs were questionable considering that these items had recently been checked but I replaced the items ( on my own for much much less than quoted ), when I returned for inspection the next morning the tech didn't even look to see if repairs were made, never moved the vehicle from where I parked it, just walked out and put a sticker on it, guess it really didn't need the repairs......I have been a customer of Big O for a couple of years now but have used a different location and have been pleased with the service I receive on my 4 vehicles, I decided to use this location because it is closer to my home and a new location, I will continue to be a Big O customer but will drive the extra few miles to get the good service that I am accustom to.

I live in Branson, MO and work 45 minutes north in Springfield, MO. My radiator went out on my car this week on my commute into work. I called the Big O shop that I always go to in Branson and talked to both Wade and Matt. They let me know they could order the part and have the radiator work done that afternoon. I have an AAA membership where my car can be towed 100 miles - I could have had my repair work done in Springfield, but opted to have the car taken to the Big O Tires shop in Branson where I know I can always trust the guys there for their ethics and most of all for their work. I picked up my car the next day due to my schedule. Wade showed me my radiator and the problem that had caused it to overheat and let me know that the mechanics had also found 3 hoses that needed to be replaced. Again, this shop continues to be the best I've ever been to. If you have an older car and are concerned about an honest assessment on the work you need to have done.... the manager, Wade, and all his technicians are the absolute BEST, in fact, they are like NASCAR mechanics I tell you!! They are trustworthy beyond compare.
