I am concerned with the amount of time it took to get the ID/OD check completed at your facility, the first vehicle I had done took a little over thirty minutes to write down the vehicle mileage and check the VIN number, my wife took in our second vehicle the following day and the same test required one hour and 20 minutes despite an employee gathering the required information within the first 5 minutes. The ID/OD check seems very straight forward so I am not sure why the very excessive delay was necessary.

We dropped off our suburban early on a Saturday afternoon and forgot to see what time they closed. We just assumed that it was at 5 PM and found out later closing was at 3 PM. The manager, Matt, was very accommodating and stayed late for us to pick up our vehicle an hour after the store had already closed. Thanks!

I took two cars there this week and felt like I was given an honest assessment on each of them. Matt has always dealt fairly with us so we keep going back!

was told it was going to be a 30-minute wait to get a flat tire repair however it took almost 2 hours before my car was finished and only 15-20 minutes of that was fixing my tire. I will not be returning.

We were visiting from out of town and had a tire emergency. The staff was prompt, respectful and got us back on the road within an hour. Yeah it was a small job but they treated us like we bought four new tires.

Wife took our car in to have a tire checked for a leak...Once they were done they had changed the oil and filter....The gentleman didn't pay any attention to what she had asked for.... NOT SURE HOW YOU GET A OIL CHANGE OUT OF ASKING FOR A TIRE TO BE CHECKED....They did refund the money for oil change... After i called to speak with the manager they tried to make things right....

Rusty, I was there twice in one month. I went in because I needed new ball bearings etc. They fixed it and a week later I continued to have the problems again, I went back and turns out they put a faulty ball bearing on and had to replace it. Again. On top of that they told me it was my breaks as well and they needed to fix those too. The first visit I spent over $600 the second visit I spent nearly $400 that all in one month! Also, I asked them how long itbwoukd take to fix my car the second time and they said they would call me when it's ready. I waited all day with no vehicle and finally decided to get a ride and see what was going on and my car was sitting in the parking lot, I walked in and asked them how long my car has been done and they said for about an hour or two. Really? And no one called me? I had to pay people for gas to drive me around to get my kids at the time my car was sitting there waiting in the parking lot. Communication was terrible and the fact that spent almost $1000 there is a reason I will never recommend or come back.

Had an emergency and was recommended by a former employee, Jamie to check out Big O. Had to be fixed on a Saturday and Wade was excellent. Thoroughly explained the issue, what it would cost and delivered.

I have been a Big O customer since the 60's, buying retrad tires for my 55 Chevy, because it was all I could afford. I have been a loyal customer since then. Being a Calif. native and then moving east I have frequented Big O because it was were I needed it...customer loyalty is a big deal. So, I have owned 7 businesses, I am a technician at heart, by training and education. I left Canon USA as the President of the L.A. marketplace 17 years ago, I have a lot of customer service experience. So I need new tires, only have a Sat. to take care of this, plus service my car. Wanted Cooper tires, and was told not in stock, but just as good were the Nitto's Crosstrek. So purchased those, along with an oil change service, alignment. What I received was tires I did not want, filled to 40 lbs. instead of 35. An oil change that did not check my cabin filter or air filter, and a substantial drop in gas mileage 3-4 miles per gallon. And the wrong oil was used. I knew I had a Radiator fan assy. issue, and made plans to replace it myself, I paid for you to diagnose the mileage drop issue....I mean this goes on and on. I had to replace the filters, and I have left them at you branch with Wade. I am not going to rate the store, simply because I believe everyone deserves a chance to fix issues, and determine whats going on....so I will wait to see how this resolves itself. By the way this service took 3.5 hours. Little long...

We were on our way to Silver Dollar City for the day, had a tire that was losing pressure on the way into town, and since it was a Saturday stopped to get it checked. They told me it was all fixed up and good to go, but when we got back to the car after spending several hours in the park the tire was flat. I'm not sure they did anything to the tire except maybe add air. Was not impressed with the quality of service I received today.

The guys here are great! I've been going here for 4 years and won't go anywhere else. Matt, Jasper, and Chandler are the best. They always take care of my truck like it was their own vehicle and let me see what the problems with it are.
