We took our 2010 Ford Fusion to your store for an oil change as we were looking for a shop to take care of our vechile since we just moved here to Branson. I was very happy with Cliff at the front counter. When I got my car back there was grease all over the steering wheel , head liner, and drivers sun visor. I worked for tire kingdom for 10 years and I no that you normally put a floor mat, steering wheel cover and a seat cover as so this does not happen. I hope this will not happen to us again as I was hoping that your shop would be our repair shop. Thank you John Goodwin 417-593-3769

We had to replace trailer tires while traveling and the Branson Big O took care of us quickly.Friendly, helpful service.I recommend them.

I am losing faith in this company. I started at the Hollister store and wasn't to impressed. I tried the Branson store and loved it until the last few visits. They left my dipstick out and shut the hood. I had to have the dip stick welder back together. I didnt have proud it was big o but they were the last ones that touched the car. I just took my car in for oil change. They told me I needed an alignment. I said ok do it. One the paper work it stated they checked wiper blades, fluids ect... when I left my car was vibrating on the highway. I called and asked if they balanced the tires when they rotated them and did the alignment. They said no. Then I said the paper work started wiper blades were checked. The rear blade was torn up. So they didnt check to good. I had to take my car back again to get tires balanced and wiper blades replaced. The services seems to be declining

Was on vacation and brakes were grinding. They were very curtious and shop was clean and organized.

Brought my car in for over heating and told them everything I had done to the car. They then called me to say it just needed burped which I know isn't true because we burped it. They said they test drove it and it was fine. Which I don't believe because it started over heating when I left the parking lot. I have never had issues with this big o before and I'm highly disappointed.

I got my oil changed, tires rotated and balanced. I had to go back after I had left because my wheels were so out of balance that my steering wheel was shaking terribly. They said they fixed it and it still shakes. So I'm going to another store.

We're visiting from Kansas. Had a nail in tire, was repaired there. Went to Silver Dollar City, only to come out and tire had lost 8# of air. Went to Walmart, valve stem was also leaking. Needless to say, disappointed that it wasn't taken care of when at your facility.

I was very frustrated that my direct authorization was for one side of back brakes to be repaired. Your team decided to do both sides, eventhough I was very clear with the person I dealt with. This meant a larger bill that wasn't authorized by me. I can't imagine disregarding one of my client's direct requests. I would not recommend your service and was very irritated that our staus as a tourist in need of our vehicle being returned allowed us to be ignored.

I am again very pleased with the work done on my F350 , Matt was always on the ball with getting my truck in I never heard we where to busy . But I did hear him with others on the phone saying yes sure bring your vehicle in we will get you taken care of . From the time I arrived in the am hrs at open the people there worked well together as there day started . With several clients in and out throughout the day . They all work very hard there . I get much better service at Big O than I did at the dealership and Austin is great about getting you taken care of and helping his team members . Thank you again .

This was my third service at this location, each time with an appointment, and each time waited at least 30 minutes before the even stared work on it. My time is too valuable to spend an hour and half for an oil change. This was my last time. Personal great, but no regard for customers time spent. Wayne

I went to get my car checked out for vibrations and the ac fixed. The struts were replaced and the vibration is gone. Although at first I was told my tires were just out of balance. The ac is cold but still acts weird at low idle. I've been back 4 times and it's still not figured out. It does blow cold, but the drop in power at idle is irritating. I was told it was the battery, even though that sounded odd to me. Replaced the battery and it still happened. Then I was told something else could be the problem. And now I owe money for a service I'm not satisfied with... And to top it off, my name wasn't even spelled right. Next time I need service for my car I'll go somewhere else.

I had a great experience. I pulled into the store not really knowing for sure what the problem was with my car. I told the mechanic what had been happening, and he got me set up. The wait wasn't too long, and when things were finished up, they let me know what had happened, and got me checked out. I really appreciated how clean the store, and technicians were. They covered the seat and mat in plastic before climbing in to assess the problem. Overall, I had a great experience!
