Big O Tires

My visit was a good one with a problem. Austin is one of the best techs at this store, he was awesome at fixing my issue. The problem came when it was time to pay. I arrived at the store with my parts at 1:30-1:45 ( started on my truck around 2:00-2:15)and they finished right at 5:00. They installed a leveling kit, shocks on the front and done a alignment. The alignment process took roughly 1:15-1:30hrs. They charged me for 4 hours of labor (after I complained he took a half hour off) plus the alignment (no hourly charge during alignment according to Jasper). I should've been charged 2 hrs plus alignment but they charged me 3.5 hrs plus alignment. I feel that is unfair to pay for time that wasn't necessary and accounted for.

I just moved to Branson, and Big O Tires was recommended to me by a co-worker. The gentleman who assisted me was polite and the service was fast. Although I always try to not be on the phone at someone else's office, the service tech didn't mind that I had to take a call and still found a way to serve me, even when I could hardly pay him any attention.

My visit was to get the set of tires I bought in September rotated and to air up tires so my low pressure lights would not come on. The next morning the air pressure light came on. I had specify acknowledged that the cold temps can contribute to the issue and that is why the pressure needs to checked and raised if necessary.

Got in and out quite fast for my tire rotation. Friendly service.

My immediate issue for my appointment was addressed, but I had questions about my other vehicles and whether I needed to have my tires rotated on those or not. The salesman had to look up history on a separate site and then never responded to my question. Apparently history from other stores is not brought up with the customer name unless the service or purchase was done at that particular store. He seemed purposely distracted from getting back to me and since I had the vehicle I had a question about the tire rotation with me, I was disappointed in him not responding to me about whether it needed to have a tire rotation. The service was performed on the other vehicle that was scheduled, I believe, but I was not encouraged about the lack of attention about my other concern which I gave up on having addressed at that time.

I went to the wrong location,but they were more then happy to accommodate to check my brakes and even replaced my brakes pads while I was there. Very friendly & helpful. I will differ try use them again!!

Slow to complete service; even with appointment took over 1 1/2 hrs.

I was told to come first thing in the morning for the state inspection done with no waiting. They were right, I was there less than 10 minutes. Very friendly too!! A+++

Slow service, never called me as stated, I had to follow up with them. Prices were so, so, from the beginning. Will only use Big O if no other, better option is available

Matt and team at Big O really helped me out last weekend.Blew a tire in Arkansas Friday evening - odd size not available near where I was and most places near weren't open anyway on Saturday. We were going to Branson, called Big O, found the tire there. Dropped wheel off early, Matt helped me settle on tire and took care of the rest. I was worried about the rim.He checked it out - said it was fine.He was right. I was a little worried about that.Drove back to Alabama yesterday and care ran great!I appreciate the professionalism and quality. This could have been a bad situation for me but you guys took care of me.Thank you!Best Regards, Bruce Martin

I had to wait for a long time without anyone communicating to me why it took so long and they also didnt check my windshield fluid (went in and it was empty) which makes me question how much/well they actually check things.

I have been to the Big O next two my work, Initially I took a 2016 Ford focus on a Tuesday, was told they would check it arround 9 or 10 am, I called at 1pm and they had not started on it. It turned out to be a thermostat issue. They told me they didn't have the part so it would be done on Wednesday. I called Wednesday at 1:30pm and it was not done yet. On Wednesday at 4:30pm I get a call telling me that they have misplaced my key and have no means of getting into my car. By 5:15pm we provided them with our spare key, and but the car couldn't be done until Friday. This week was such a head ache. On Saturday they call me to let me know they found the key. This week headache still cost me money, and something that was supposed to be done next day took almost a week.

The guys at this location are amazing!! They always take care of my truck and look it over for me anytime I have questions. I wish you guys did electrical because I don't trust anyone else.

I came into Big-O, and had some work done on my vehicle. The price was pretty high compared to other qualified shops in the area, however Big-O was able to get me in immediately, and other placse were booked almost a week out. I was also quoted some additional work, ($220 worth) and chose to put it off. I went to another shop in the area because it developed a rattling noise a mile down the road, and the same parts and and installation were quoted for a much lower price. ($75). In addition to the difference in price, the work Big-O did was not quality. They did not tighten a bold after doing the front end work, and that was the cause of the annoying and concerning rattling sound.

I use to go to the Hollister store but had issues with the manager's attitude.These guys were great
