Big O Tires

I have always been happy with the service but the last 2 times. The previous visit my transmission dip stick was left on top of my engine broken. It cost me $80.00 to have it welded since you cannot replace those easily. I didn't complain since mistakes happen sometimes. I bring my car back and my tire was really low. I was driving home and the car felt as if wind was blowing really hard. I stop at gas station and noticed my tire was really low. I put air in it and car handled fine then. It concerns me now. I have told so many people to use big o for their really great. I want to continue using them but if this continues I will have to use another company

I just used them again for an inspection it was fast and easy

Customer Service was poor. I was advised the vehicle would take 1 1/2 hours. After waiting 1 1/2 hours I was advised a part had to be ordered and wasn't available until 3pm with a finish time approx. 5pm. I could have scheduled my day much differently if I had known a part needed to be ordered sooner. I was advised on another issue with my vehicle. It is a known issue to me that I have been monitoring. I'm a bit surprised at how the issue was relayed to me. It's not nearly as serious as what was communicated. Honestly, the last several times I've had work done at Big O I have felt that I was getting a hard up-sale on additional "needed" repairs. This last visit pretty much confirms to me. I will be shopping around. I've been going to Big O for Tires for quite a number of years.

A little better this time. 8 am appointment, took 1 hr to fix the same flat tire as last time and rotate the tires.

Our front brakes needed service on vacation so we stopped at Big O to see if they could fit us in on short notice. Matt greeted us as we were getting out of our vehicle. I explained the problem and he got us right in. The rate was reasonable and customer service was excellent.

I went to get an oil my car will tell me what percentage my oil is at, when I checked it before I went in it was at 40% when I left it was still at 40% I thought maybe it would take a while for it to reset. But it has been almost a week the percent is just dropping i will check the physical oil tomorrow and see if they actually change the oil they charged me for.

I bought tires there recently had no problem and great service, and then the second time had my chevy hhr work on tranny oil change , highly recommend.Great Job

Staff was very friendly....service was slow and not well trained...not what I'm accustom to still haven't cleaned the greasy fingerprints off my light gray glovebox which was dumped While they were trying to replace a filter. I called back to dealer to tell them that when I got back on the interstate I noticed they hadn't latched hood all way...all in all its a new dealedship and it was nice to see a name I trust when traveling....I sure they will be better next time....and yes I will use them again.

Had a tire problem...fixed...oil change...done.. new wiper blades.. thank goodness...last but not least tires rotated. .

I moved my business from Hollister store to Branson store. I had a coupon for full service. I was able to drop off and come back within a few hours. Which I liked that. I had tires rotated however my experience in past other company's. I am informed on my brake life left. My tire tread depth I had to ask for information which the clerk didn't seem informed enough to discuss. I also thought fluids would be topped off. I have no windshield fluid. They didn't fill I'm not sure if they did the rotation since no comments on my visit were made. They didn't say they appreciate my business. It appeared the one clerk was too busy to go over expectations and my visit

My Rack and pinion was leaking. The repair was explained and repaired in a very professional manner,

No one in the store front for 10-15 minutes I have a card for oil changes from the purchase of a set of tires,asked the order writer if the used conventional oil or synthetic blend and was told they were the same,I believe a mechanic should know three types of oil conventional,blended and full synthetic

I had been getting estimates and talking to tire businesses for a couple weeks. The choices available are enough to make a woman's spin!I stopped in to Big O and the manager was very helpful. He actually had the tires there to look at and install that daythe price seemed reasonable for a 60,000 mile tire. I liked being able to actually see the tread. I had them put on right them. Mission accomplished

A. J. and all of the guys that work here are superior!I'm an old gal & know nothing about cars, so I am happy to trust my 2004 Toyota with "Big O Tires.

Hooked me up with some great tires. I asked for the alignment to be done and an oil change. The oil change was completed but the alignment wasn't. They said they couldn't do it because other work needed to be done before they could do the alignment. Also, my transmission fluid and power steering fluid needed flushed they said. So, what was a $700.00 trip to Big O could have been over $1500.00. Sorry guys, Every time I have gone in to Big O to get work done something doesn't get completed because something else must be done before they can do what I wanted them to do originally. I'll take the awesome tires and get the alignment checked and possibly done if needed elsewhere. Love the tires and they are friendly people. I'd go back but keep a good grip on the wallet.
