Big O Tires

Everything was good except my windshield washer reservoir was empty. I should have checked because that might not been part of service.

Would recommend them to anybody looking for service. They offer much more than tires and oil changes!

That took care of my vehicle in a timely manner.

I usedtheir services 3 days ago. They were very attentive and provided answers to the questions I had without hesitation. AJ was very helpful explaining the problems I may be facing in near future and what I needed to take care of any problems I that might be of concern.

Overall good service took one hour but dependable

I had a limited time frame for my car to be fixed and they did a wonderful job!

I become a little suspicious when I go in for a routine inspection and I'm told that I need to "replace the ball joints."� I have had A bad experience with another Big O Tires telling everyone who goes in for an inspection they need new ball joints.

I called ahead to get a price for my transmission flush and told the gentleman on the phone that I also needed my pan changed. The price I ended up paying was much higher than I was quoted. A day or two later I noticed my car was shifting really hard so I checked the transmission level and added another quart of transmission fluid. Now it is shifting much smoother but I feel like it should have been done correctly the first time. While I was in the shop I noticed the technician was having a hard time. He took my car off of the lift and then raised it back up several times. I will say that the staff was very professional and polite, just not so happy with the overall visit due to the extra cost and added time and issues after.

Would like some honesty from management about the time service will take. Had tires installed and was told I would be in and out in an hour. My vehicle then sat in the parking lot for 50 minutes before even getting into the building. Service the took about 1 1/2 hours. I know the store can be busy. If the deal is going to take 2 hours or more, that's ok. BUT, don't tell me its going to take an hour. Be honest. Tell me its going to be 2 or more hours so I will expect that. All you get from lying to a customer about the time it will take is an upset customer.

Had a tire replaced after hitting some thing that punctured it on the road. They came to my home took the tire off went back to the tire store put the new one on my rim then came back and put it back on my car.Could not be happier

I like Big O Tires most of the time, but they diagnose things that other places do for free. Also I had my wheels aligned 3 months ago and the told me they needed them done again.

The service man was very helpful in finding us agood used tire for our truck!We really couldn't afford a new one, and he came through for us!Also, it was at a fair price. We are very happy with your company!!

The belt on the Armada is still squealing so i would like to have replaced if you have time today. Also My mustang is still running high which is the reason I brought it in. It's been worked on twice but I'm not sure it was driven to check..?

Got 2 tires on monday. Was told by another company that I needed new tierods. So just sit back and waited. Was told I needed an alignment which I agreed to.I ask about the tierods. Was told they were fine. Thanks for not taking advantage of a lady.

Good staff and friendly service on the floor, but I noticed a clip to my engine air filter cabin box was missing after I got home and was not told about it after the car was inspected at the shop. It was definitely there before and I had to order a replacement part.

I used them for the first time when I had a flat while visiting Branson.I would definitely go there again
