We used to go to Hollister's Big O until they lost Tammy. We decided to try the Big O on 248 and they have been excellent. We had major break work and it was done by the end of the business day. On our first highway trip to Harrison something felt wrong with the breaks. We went back. They worked my husband in and replaced free of charge. I recommend this business and not just for tires. They have gone many repairs.

I went to get an inspection for a newly purchased vehicle. The vehicle was having some water leakage before I brought it in. The mechanic identified the source of leakage from the water pump. It was replaced and I was on the road in a couple hours.

Fast service, and the guys always check over the vehicle to make sure you're not going to have a breakdown on the road. I appreciate that.

I have usually used the Big O store in Hollister, but it was in the wrong part of town, this time, when I needed tires, so I stopped in at the "new" store in Branson. I might mention that it was right at closing time, on Christmas Eve. Although they talked me out of the tires I wanted, they did replace my front tires with the same tires I have been running. Good, quick service. Thank you.

I live in Northern Ill and visit Branson on a regular basis. The vehicle that I drive was in need of new tires so I checked around the Branson area and decided to purchase and have Big O tires mount new tires on my vehicle. The tires that I needed were not in stock but were ordered and in the store almost overnight. I dropped the car off, ran a few errands and when I returned the car was finished. The only down side is that I originally had nitrogen in my tires and that is not a service that they provide.

They fixed the problem in a timely manner. It was great!!

I came in 30 minutes before close time so I wasn't sure if there would be enough time, but an associate assured me I would be fine as far as time and that they would get it done. To my surprise, the oil change was only 34 dollars when I was expecting somewhere around 50. Took them about 10-13 minutes and gave me a nice window to watch then work on my car the whole time (a valuable and trustworthy feature). Overall, loved the experience and they are for sure my go to oil change service center.

I appreciated being able to leave my car and they would call when service was complete, since this location is near my work.

Matt and the others really do a good job informing me of the situation I have and telling me how they can repair or replace. Have been coming to Big O sense 1992 when they were downtown Branson.
