I showed up early for appointment and they took me early.....honored my coupon with no problem

Got my vehicle in right away, showed me the issues and customer service was professional and experienced.

I experienced a very nice customer service, the store was very clean, but no coffee, out of cups :( had my own cup so did another man in that day. The quality of service and expertise was the bomb. I loved this place too bad that I am leaving in less than 16 days away and I don't know if there is a Big O Tire in Orlando, FL. but I will find another place unless there is a Big O Tire ok I hope that I did a good job for you guys Thank you for the good service at Big O Tire

I was told my back up light was burned out I went bought some bulbs check the bulbs before replacing them they where not burned out

Picked up a huge screw while in Branson (lots of construction at my home base hotel). Matt and the guys got me in and out in less than an hour, when all the other places said they could not get to me for at least 2-3 hours. Covered the driver's seat to keep it clean, and treated us nicely. Thanks.

I was surprised they did not rotate tires

I would like to thank Jayson and Wade for the job well done on repairing our broken tie rod and getting us back on the road. Finding a repair shop open on a Saturday for a family on vacation in the Branson area was quite a daunting task. We returned home safely and a followup appointment has been scheduled with my local mechanic as prescribed by Wade. Very professional service delivered on time

I needed a tire due to a tire being unfixable. The service manager did an excellent job of suggesting several options for me. 2 other service personnel were very helpful as well and shared their knowledge with me. My buying experience was very pleasant.

I came in to have my tires rotated as I had bought them at Big O. During the rotation I was told I needed new struts. This ran me a little over $800. Sure wasn't prepared for that. I know that stuff comes up, and I have confidence in Big O, but honestly, people have asked me why I keep going back because it seems there's always something expensive and unexpected that needs to be done. I need to always be road-worthy and safe so I feel like I should do all of this - and I sure don't want to question the honesty of the people at Big O. I do know the hourly labor rate is high and as I watched there was about 25 minutes when no one was working on my car. I kind of let it go until I got home and started wondering how I'm going to pay the credit card...........

It was a very good experience! Really don't have anything bad or negative to say.

They did a great job

We were from Indiana & required an alternator. They were very accommodating,friendly, & curteous. Fixed our problem & we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay..

I am overall happy with the work they did. The guys were friendly and nice. I do wonder why they charge more on labor if you bring your own parts.

I was not greeted at my car but they were extremely busy. I wasn't offered the free alignment check but they did perform one and advised me of how it turned out.

Good except he gave me a suggestion to replace the front two tires because of wear. I did not do it at the time. When I got home I looked at them closely and saw that all was needed was to ROTATE the tires--they still head good wear on them.

Returning to the state, I needed an inspection for new plates for my ole pick-up. Had a relatively short wait time with no appointment. With a few minor fixes (licence plate lights and wipers), I was out the door in short order. I was especially pleased with the courtesy of the staff. I'll be back.

They took care of my tire problem in Branson MO within minutes of my arrival; it was hot and humid but they worked hard and got me back on the road within 30 mins or less.The ONLY reason it's not a perfect 10 is that without my knowledge/discussion the tire they put on was not the same model as the rest. Don't know why, but will call to get their reasoning.Therefore, that tire is now my spare.

Quick service to replace bad tire-good customer service. Wish there was Big O in western Illinois area
