Big O Tires

I have had very good experiences with this company on most visits. People are friendly and courteous. This time was a little disappointing; I was told if I brought my car that morning there should be no problem getting it fixed that day. I was given 2 price quotes as usual and to my surprise neither happened. I think it was possible in this incident that my work order was misplaced, I waited for the alloted time given + an extra hour and called to check the progress only to find they had not even looked at my car. I was told they would get to it first thing next morning. I waited patiently for the call and around 1:30 I received a call saying that the they had checked my car but had not started work on it. When I ask why and how much the work would actually be He quoted the 2nd price and I agreed. It was only suppose to take 4-5hrs to do this job and I was told I would get a discount for my inconvience. They called and I went to pick up and to my surprise found that not only did I not get a discount I was charged 20+ dollars more than I had originally been quoted with no explanation or call before hand.

In town for the weekend. Was very helpful and quick to put 4 new tires on and get me on the road again. Big thanks to wade..

Everything was great except parts were a little pricy. Other tyhen that Howard was very friendly.

Came in for a state inspection. Car got in sooner than said and I was out in less time that originally told. That is great!

They got my tire repaired in a timely manner.

I had tried to pre-purchase tires and set up an appt on your website and it was super chunky and not user friendly. I'm super loyal to one brand of tire and I could find out on the website if you had any in stock. I thought I had updated everything online and went to my 3pm appt and after signing in with the employee, he knew nothing about what I had done online. I felt not only was the time wasted online by taking too long and not being helpful, but after all that it had not been uploaded to the shop's computer to help them. I enjoyed the discount I got and received prompt courteous service, but I wished that your website belonged in this decade. It sent me updates on my email but not to the store where I wanted the information to be shared.
