Big O Tires

I had front end alignment on my 2005 ford p/u. I used Big-O tires because all others were booked for several days and I was going on a trip the next day. The service was excellent and the store was clean and neat. The price was fifteen dollars higher than nearest competitor.

The help was great.They were fast and to the point.Thanks Big o.

Took over an hour for an oil change when I was first told they would get to it in 15 minutes. Reason being they had to pull the tech off for some brake problem. Do appreciate the veteran discount. Probably will get service done at Big O again only closer to home.

I was traveling from out of town and they were able to get my car in early. They communicated very well with me and my fiancé who was still back home.

I had a complete failure of a tire on my travel trailer just a few miles from our destination.After mounting the spare I took the rim to Big O on Branson, MO.They checked the rim for damage and installed a new tire in about 20 min. Since my spare was also well used I returned for a 2nd tire.The tires are an unknown brand so I'm not real confident that I have a long term solution but I'm back on the road and 350 miles along the way.I chose Big O because they also have shops near home If I need warranty service in the future.

It was fast, friendly, service and very clean building.

They were professional and quick and got my tires done fast, even though I did just call them quickly and ask them to get the on that day. Great job. I cannot give 5 stars because I am not sure if the tires will last as they say they will. So, I will have to get back with everyone in a while, like in 3 years.

The only thing that I had to return for was a rattling noise I heard after I had my oil changed. They lifted the hood and the rod that supports the hood hadn't been snapped back into place. They took care of that and I was on my way!

Called about a tire and got it at a good price. Friendly and courteous staff. Got me in and out quick. I was traveling but would certainly use them again.
