Big O Tires

Had a "Healthy Car" check and oil change. They always seem to have some different thing my car "needs" to upsell to me. I understand but it's kind of annoying. Also, a few miles after leaving my check engine light came on. I took it to have the computer scanned at an auto parts store and the result was over 30 different codes, most of them related to having had the battery disconnected while they were working on the car. It wasn't a really big deal but checking that our and clearing any potential false codes caused by the work done on the car would probably be a good practice in the future. Thanks.

Always have a good experience at the Branson, MO location. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars in all of the categories is because I wasn't greeted at my car, I wasn't offered a free alignment. It doesn't matter to me that I wasn't offered a credit card. I believe its up to the customer to seek lines of credit.

Did a great job with oil change and tire rotation. Two small things were not done. Oil usage system was not reset and a new oil change sticker was not put on window.

Hello...we were happy to get help patching a single tire that picked up a screw on our vacation, in a much quicker timeframe than 3 previous shops we stopped at. The customer service was very friendly and the store clean. Unfortunately a bit of or satisfaction at the great service was marred when we returned to our van to find several tire-height scratches and rubber/dirt scuffs across the front bumper as if the tire had been rolled too close to the bumper during repair. We think the tech must not have even realized he did it. Since we were on vacation and eager to get on with our already-delayed plans, we made a quick stop at Walmart for products to buff it out and were able to remove the scuffs but not 3 long scratches. A little more care by the tech and we would have a better review. The repair itself was done well, just minus the rolling of the tire against the car.

Even though I really just wanted an inspection the guys helped me and made sure my car was legally safe to drive. They were polite and very helpful!
