Big O Tires

I bought a tire there. They charged me $20 to mount it. Whatever happened to free mounting when you buy a tire? They didn't even balance it. Of course, it was just a trailer tire.

Had an inspection, recommended issues to be corrected, even though I'm a woman didn't treat me like I was mechanically ignorant.

It was a little more than I was expecting to spend. They also charged me tire removal, I get over to my mother's work and I look in my car and bam. My two that were suppose to be disposed are cramped so tight in my trunk it almost ruined my stroller. I called they apologized but it shouldn't have happened.

Went.in for vehicle inspection ended up replacing tie rods and alignment.

Friendly and professional at check in, Howard was good at what he did, service was timely as well. My only complaint would be that while working on my truck they inadvertently broke my hood latch off so when I went to check under the hood before I left the parking lot I found that the latch was just hanging there, when I told Howard he sent someone right out to assist me in opening it. When I saw what was broke the only way to repair it temporarily was with a zip tie which the young man went and got and I was able to secure it until I can order another part to fix. There was never an apology or an offer to have it repaired, which is not a big deal accept that this is the second time that Big O has broke the latch the first time was at another Big O in Springdale. At that time Big O put a zip tie on it to fix it. It just strikes me "funny" that the only times I have ever had the latch broke it has been at Big O. Could be coincidence or could be just slamming it improperly, at any rate I will continue to have service done at Big O but thought I would make you aware of it.

I scheduled an alignment 4 days ahead of time. I was 15 minutes early for my appointment. I was told that it will "be a while" as there was another vehicle on the alignment rack. Unfortunately the vehicle was replaced with another vehicle! My appointment was at 10, at 10:52 a technician went for my car. Unacceptable! It was also frustrating that the first technician wasn't comfortable driving my manual transmission car, he asked another, he refused. I offered to pull my car into the rack, after all- who knows my car better then me? - my car is a fairly high performance vehicle with many modifications, it is a bit tricky to operate considering the aggressive aftermarket clutch. Management interviened. The mechanic that was to do the alignment (Austin) said that he could handle the car, and he did fine. I understand that you have to have certain rules... but- come on guys- let's lighten up a bit! Once the car was on the rack I was rather impressed with the mechanics abilities. Austin did a fine job in a timely fashion.

I came in for an inspection sticker and walked out with a needed oil change and an alignment for my car. They saved me wear on my tires. Thank you so much.

Was in and out 4 tires and 4 wheel,alignment in a little more than an hour. Like the monitor in the waiting room so I can see the alignment in progress.

I've only been to big O a few times, but every time has been great. The people are always so nice. They never try to push me to buy anything I don't need. I'll never want to go anywhere else.

The guys that work at Big O here are all amazing outstanding workers and r really knowledgeable..always bring my car here for alignments and inspections..:)

All I needed was a Missouri state inspection sticker. The guy crawled all over and under my truck, flash light in hand. In my opinion he was just looking for anything to work on. Again, I just needed a state inspection. Just inspect the state required items and let me be on my way.

Good service, but the oil change is a little pricey for me.
