Big O Tires

Even though I appreciate the price match and free alignment check, would have been nice to have them align my tires at not extra cost (was going to be an additional $90.00 after just spending $400.00 on the new tires! I don't like suprises and don't appreciate hidden additional costs!

Howard was awesome! So accommodating in a pinch! We were grateful for his professionalism and urgency to get the car in a drivable condition!

Technicians should be more aware of what they touch with dirty hands. Was told a price for a set of tires and an alignment of name brand tires, however when I returned to purchase that price was actually for house brand tires of the same basic type. Not unhappy with the product I purchased but it was disappointing not to receive the name brand item. The employees are very friendly and explain as much is as needed and they fit me in when I got a puncture on my new tires 2 days after the purchase. Overall was a good experience.

Like the Service, and the tires that I purchased, I think they should have clean the wheels and tires after the put them on, lot of grease dirty hand prints. I was very happy with the friendly service and speedy in and out thank you and your team.

I have a n oil leak now. Either the drain plug is loose or the oil filter is over tighten

The person in charge was very polite , but there was no extra effort to explained why they could not fix the 2 mo old tire with 8000 miles on it, tire could have been patched from inside, because I have done that my self when I owned a service station. How ever I understand these days every one likes to go the easy way. Staff were nice. I

My experience at the Big O on Hwy 248 was much better than I had at the store in Hollister, where customers are treated more like cattle - I was given a wait time of 45 minutes in Hollister, and left after an hour (my car still sitting in the parking lot). I was in and out of the 248 store in about 20 minutes.

Good consistent service approach. No one is perfect so I never give the highest grade as there is always room for improvement.

The service was excellent and up and beyond what was expected. They even picked up my car and brought it back to me after the servic.

The manager was supposed to get back to me with the prices to have some additional work done on my truck but never heard back from him

I appreciated the excellent customer service - getting rides to work and not having a super long wait before my vehicle is finished. I forgot to get out my $10 off tires coupon when I paid, but after I mentioned this, the gentleman who took my payment said he would refund it in cash. This was an unexpected but very nice customer service touch - you guys certainly know how to make your customers feel valued!

I come from the a service background. I have been looking for a company to take care of my vehicles since retirement. The people at Big O Tires have done a great job in servicing and helping me maintain my vehicles I appreciate their efforts.

They need to cleaned their hands before they touch your car had oily finger prints on the hood and driver door stands out like a sore thumb on a white vehicle

I appreciated the knowledge of what I needed and how quickly my brakes and wheel barring were replaced. However, after contacting numerous other shops in our area, I am very displeased by how much I was charged. I needed the service and was glad they could help, but will not return to be taken advantage of.

Great service. The only complaint is, it took an hour longer than quoted.
