Great Service - Purchase new tires and got Oil changed

The guys know me and my car very well!! (Is that a good thing?? :-) ) It's a 2007 and has needed various work since I bought it.... They always take good care of me. My son appreciates that since he's unable to be here. I appreciate it greatly because I put on a lot of miles!!

I just wish the service writer or another clean employee was the one moving my vehicle in and out of the bay and not the mechanic. The mechanics have oil and solvents on their hands and uniforms. I know they take precautionary measures to prevent stains by placing plastic on the seat and steering wheel but to prevent any possible damage or stains someone clean should be moving the vehicle not the mechanic. If its predictable its preventable.

They were courteous and had my vehicle finished in a very short time.

They were very reasonably priced very friendly I would go back again and I will tell my friends. They got me in right away and was done for me to pick up at the end of the day.

Even though the lobby was busy, the manager was prompt with registering my car for service.

Took my car to another place for the annual inspection.. and they found a couple of things but were unable to fix the problems.We had the car towed from the first place over to Big O and they fixed the car the next morning :)
