I came in to have my new Missouri license plates on because I was unable to get my Iowa plates off. It took them awhile because of issues with the bolts- but it was a fun experience. We laughed-but they were very very kind and considerate about the whole thing and mission was accomplished. I will definitely be back when my next oil change is due. Because they did that also - everyone is very friendly - and seem to all be very knowledgeable. You are in and out just as quickly as possible.

I've been to most all Tire and Lube places around the area over the years. These guys always do great work. If you're in the Branson area, don't take your car anywhere else but here.

I really enjoying coming to big o tires. Everyone at this location makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. I bought 4 new tires December of 2017 and since then have purchased windshield wiper blades, oil change, and tire rotation. You have good coffee in waiting room. My daughter also has her oil changed there. I have told several people about the great experience I have had. You have my business from now on. You really know how to treat a customer.

Why go anywhere else? They treat you like you are a person - not a number or a monetary amount. All staff I encountered were friendly and took the time to answer any questions I had.
