Big O Tires

I was pleasantly surprised at how courteous everyone was at Big O Tires at the Hwy 248 Location in Branson. I will be back when the need arises for service on my car.

I had never been into the Branson location before. I was in a hurry and was just dropping my car off for an oil change. He said he'd get everything taken care of for me, so I could head to work. I had also asked if he could price some tires for me as well. Not even an hour after I dropped it off, he called me. They are fast, nice, and professional!

Friendly, courteous and communicated with us every time there was an issue during the service visit. They aligned the front end and put on new tires and wheels and the van rides and handles great. AJ and Matt are superior customer service and hard working men.

Matt was very nice and helped me get my tire fixed in a pinch. I would definitely recommend "Big O" to take good care of you!

I came in to have my new Missouri license plates on because I was unable to get my Iowa plates off. It took them awhile because of issues with the bolts- but it was a fun experience. We laughed-but they were very very kind and considerate about the whole thing and mission was accomplished. I will definitely be back when my next oil change is due. Because they did that also - everyone is very friendly - and seem to all be very knowledgeable. You are in and out just as quickly as possible.

I really enjoying coming to big o tires. Everyone at this location makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. I bought 4 new tires December of 2017 and since then have purchased windshield wiper blades, oil change, and tire rotation. You have good coffee in waiting room. My daughter also has her oil changed there. I have told several people about the great experience I have had. You have my business from now on. You really know how to treat a customer.
