Big O Tires

I used to go to Big O in Hollister, but I had a lot of bad experiences there, including being charged for way more oil than my car could hold with no apology from the employee. The employees I have met on 248 seem to be professional and know what they are doing!! So glad you guys are here! Thank you!

On a prior visit i was quoted for front end repairs the amount of 1200, I had inspected my front end and could not verify all the work was required but was determoined to receive my used parts upon completion.I was just walking home and got a call that the work was not going to be as extensive and only 500 some.I have some respect for this as so many places will just replace a whole unit rather than just what needs replaced.I do most of my own work but I will bring my truck to big O in branson for work I cannot okr do not want to do in the future. Thank you for the honesty.

Not only was I pleased with my service, I witnessed an elderly gentleman who brought in his vehicle because he thought he needed new brakes. Matt explained to him that after checking his brakes, he had plenty of pad remaining and that they would not do an unnecessary brake job. That's the kind of trust I have come to know, especially at the 248 location.

I had picked up a nail in my left back tire. The service people had it fixed and I was on the road again in just a few minutes.

I have been fortunate to have found Big O Tires a few years ago. They are kind and helpful any time I have stopped in to have someone check my light for low pressure etc. Having my car serviced there the past few years has been a very good choice as they are not only professional but polite and helpful at all times.It's a good feeling to know I can pull in any time and someone will be there to hellp.

Because they were able to figure out why my car was sliding and had my kind of tires on hand and took my car right in and changed the tires. My treads were low, the car was dangerous to drive in the rain and it was raining.

I have been coming to this Big O Tires location for years. I've purchases numerous sets of tires here. I have had oil changes, fuel injector services, brakes, alignment, parts replacement, etc. They are always courteous and knowledgeable. (They still display the screwdriver that was embedded in one of my tires a few years ago. LOL.)

Great service and good deals

I walked in and got the best tires. They arrived two hours later and I brought my vehicle, the guy who changed my tires was amazing, he handled the truck with care and checked everything. Have not seen such an amazing service anywhere else.
