Store manager is very knowledgeable and curtious. Mechanics are very informed and eager to share their knowledge. My family had a great experience and we will return for future maintenance and mechanical services.

WE WERE HERE ON A "MINI" WEEKEND VACATION, ARRIVED ON FRIDAY AND BACK HOME SUNDAY. I HAD SOME CAR TROUBLE ON THE WAY TO BRANSON DURING THE LAST 30 MILES. WE ASKED AT OUR HOTEL FRONT DESK WHO MIGHT BE OPEN ON SATURDAY, AND THEY ALL MENTIONED BIG O TIRES, IN BRANSON. SO THAT'S WHERE WE WENT. YOU GUYS WERE ABLE TO DIAGNOSE AND FIX MY CAR PROBLEM. I LEFT ON SUNDAY MORNING AND HAD NO MORE TROUBLE WITH MY CAR! SO GLAD THE LOCALS MENTIONED YOU AND THAT YOU WERE OPEN AND ABLE TO FIX US UP! Took my wife with me and she was surprised at how clean the waiting area was. She also appreciated the fact that the smell of new rubber was not overpowering. She would have preferred tea over the coffee that was available. Even though I only bought one tire the manager treated me like a valued customer. I will be taking all my tire business to a Big O in the future.

Excellent service, I came in needing a tire removed and new one mounted from our 5th wheel trailer. I talked to the assistant manager and was told not a problem just bring it in. When I brought the tire and wheel in with the new replacement tire (new tire was from RV warranty not Big O) I was taking it out of the bed of my truck and an employee quickly came out and took the tire and wheel. I went inside, paid the minimal charge and within 5-10 minutes was on my way. Exceptional service and I will use in the future.
