I am comfortable knowing that I can stop by there when tires show "low" on car etc. They are kind to check that for me. also any work that I have done there, I feel is done quickly and efficiently.

To : Charlie Alexander, Director of Operations Big O Tires - Branson, MO I am a Louisiana resident. I came to Branson, MO with my family on a much needed trip away from home. We had planned a week of fun. The evening we arrived in town there, my truck was discovered to have a serious issue, but wasn't sure what it was. After calling my mechanic back home and also your local Dodge dealership and speaking with parts and service... I was about 90% sure I had a water pump issue. I was told by both that once I heard noises, it was too late and I was on borrowed time. I was also told basically that our trip was ruined, we was stranded and no way to go until fixed, as the thing was about to come apart and if that occurred it could go through my hood, radiator, condenser coil, causing even more damage and huge expense if that happened. Even worse, if at the wrong place ant the wrong time it could get us killed or others. Needless to say, this devastated our trip. More yet, panic set in as we was completely caught off guard with the new situation as what we needed to do, could do, etc. Even getting to the shop with the truck posed a problem and a gamble. I found out about Big O. Our hotel was 1.3 miles from your Hwy 248, Branson location. I contacted Matt (manager) the following morning. He done his best to reassure me. He told me without excuse of ANY kind, he had me, and would get me taken care of. He even had my part needed (what was the chance of that on a particular make and model?). I was impressed. He told me they was busy the morning and mid day and to have it there after lunch and they'd jump on it. I chanced it and limped it down to the shop. Howard came out and spoke with me and took all my information and was very professional, concerned, and again reassured me, knowing our situation as had been described. We went down the road a couple of miles to grab a bite to eat. We ordered and had not been sat down to eat more than a couple of minutes and I got a call from Matt. My parts was there in hand waiting on my word go. Had the truck on the rack, informed me it was the water pump and even went the extra mile to explain to me the belt needed to also be changed due to safety or future problems. The quote even with the extra part was more than fair even coming in a few bucks under quote from my very honest and good home mechanic. I AGAIN, was very impressed at the attitude, concern of the staff at Big O's, the fair pricing, the expression over safety in addition of the bad parts for my family and I being on the road hundreds of miles from home. I am a state and federal, nationally registered Paramedic dealing in public safety, saving lives, as a public servant and first responder and the fact that before medical school, I was 15 years in corporate retail management for 4 separate big box retailers, I know well customer service and standards. There was not one thing I could complain about. My truck was completed in about 2 hours and I picked it up the very evening it was dropped off, saving our vacation. The work was quick and done right. Matt, Howard, and the the crew at Hwy 248 location was absolutely awesome. Each and everyone of those guys need commending on the whole matter. Being a previous business owner myself, I know word of mouth is the best advertisement out there. I would like to add, you never know who folks are and who you service in your shops. I actually own the largest online social media site in the state of Louisiana and surrounding area. I want you to personally know Big O Tires, Branson, MO has been reported as the place to go in the event of auto trouble hands down to all of our 50K page members. I am completely satisfied and wish you would personally call and give these guys each a pat on the back, gift certificate, or treat them and their spouse out to dinner. It's well deserved. I can't speak high enough of Big O Tires, Matt and his team. Thanks again.... for getting us on the road and saving our trip! Sin

I asked for an estiment when I was there last and the worker was very helpful. thanks. I was also watched as they help a out of town family figure out a tire issue that was causing them to be stranded in Branson. The men worked hard and quick and got the family back on the road. Pretty cool.
