The desk clerk was very helpful Matt was his name I am thinking! On top of my needs to get Truck looked at and upon listing to my issues that I explained , A tech started to look at my front end and found the issues , The Tech Austin was very helpful . There ordered my parts and the next morning 8 am sharp started to work on truck checked my tires and rotated the Big O tires , after rotation Austin worked very steady and completed the work on truck , I kept a close eye on his work and he is detailed and organized . You have a good staff there and wish you the best keep taking care of your clients as you do . A special thanks to Austin!

I have been fortunate to have found Big O Tires a few years ago. They are kind and helpful any time I have stopped in to have someone check my light for low pressure etc. Having my car serviced there the past few years has been a very good choice as they are not only professional but polite and helpful at all times.It's a good feeling to know I can pull in any time and someone will be there to hellp.

Great service and good deals

We own four vehicles and have all service done at this store. The staff has replaced a transmission and a rear end this calendar year alone. The service was fast, and the staff was very understanding concerning the monetary stress these repairs placed on my family. Numerous times I have asked for advice on vehicle repairs, and Matt and Wade have pulled the car in for diagnosis every time. They make me feel like I am the most important customer you have!

I always get great service. Very Professional. They even re-attached a shroud under my car that came off absolutely free.

Howard and Matt are great! Jasper too! They greet me by name, inform me of any issues i have going on with my vehicles and they don't pressure or scare me into work that I'm not ready to do. The lobby and waiting room are set up so I can get work done while waiting. It's just a very pleasant experience.
