I used to go to Big O in Hollister, but I had a lot of bad experiences there, including being charged for way more oil than my car could hold with no apology from the employee. The employees I have met on 248 seem to be professional and know what they are doing!! So glad you guys are here! Thank you!

The employees were very cordial and knew exactly what I needed when I told them why I was there. They gave me an estimate in hours and when they were finished it was really close...thanks to them. Every time I have been to the Branson Store it has been a good experience and I will continue to use Big "O" in the future.

I was greeted by my first name upon entering the store (outstanding), and had the work done in a timely fashion. I like the way the entire process was handled.

Not only was I pleased with my service, I witnessed an elderly gentleman who brought in his vehicle because he thought he needed new brakes. Matt explained to him that after checking his brakes, he had plenty of pad remaining and that they would not do an unnecessary brake job. That's the kind of trust I have come to know, especially at the 248 location.

Matt and his crew at Big O Tires are always super helpful and friendly. They don't do extra work that isn't needed on your car. They are very honest and they will have you in and out quickly!
