Big O Tires

I use Big O Tires for this reason they are everywhere. We where headed to Branson for a holiday weekend when we separated a belt in the front tire of the truck while we where pulling our camper. The tires where getting old so we decided to just replace all four. They had us in and out in less then 45 minutes!! The whole staff was great!!

Just came in for a tire rotation without an appointment. They got me fairly quickly and I was out of there in 25 minutes.

Howard did a great job assisting us by bring our vehicles into have the oil change and other services. Big O tires did a fast and clean job and is very helpful to maintain our vehicles .

The manager, Matt Smith, was very professional, knowledgeable and focused on providing me an excellent service experience. I've been coming to this Big O Tires for years now and I bring not just my cars, but my parent's and in-law's vehicles as well. It's nice to have a place you can TRUST. Having guys like Howard and Jaspar working there is great too! They all do a fantastic job!

Since I had made an appointment for an alignment check, I was was greeted when I walked in and my car was taken immediately to the bay area.Matt, who is a great manager, found me in the waiting room and showed me the results of the alignment check.He asked if I would like to have the alignment done and told me the cost.I gave him the "go ahead" and the job was completed in about 20 minutes.I paid and my car was waiting for me right outside the exit door.It was a hot day and they left it running with the AC turned on. I call that customer-friendly treatment.

The place was very busy and took awhile but great guys and great service. They took great care of me. They are a very good trustworthy company. Ill continue to have them service my car.
