Big O Tires

Im a new customer with Big O Tires in Branson, Mo. I have a 1991 Acura Integra with 204,000 miles. I love my car and really have appreciated the advice and the mechanical work that has been done on my car. The manager, Wade, makes his customers feel as if they are a member of his family. His professionalism and advice have kept me coming back. Also, Howard, who handles the front desk is very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining the work they have recommended on my car. The techs have solved the issues Ive had with the car and I have to say, they have my total trust. I have lived all over the US and am in my 60s this is the very best repair shop I have been to in my entire life.

The low tire pressure light was still on after I left but that doesn't bother me. I will be traveling soon and will have it checked again when I have another type of service done in a different state.

Very friendly and helpful

Every time I have to see the guys at "Big O" I'm treated with so much courtesy and respect. My boys would approve of the way the guys treat their Momma. I'll have to introduce them when they come to town. I always leave there knowing what they did, and why it had to be done. I don't drive a brand new car but they always keep me going. So glad a friend recommended them to me.

My car was towed to the store with a blown tire. Service was initiated the next day over the phone.

On February 13th, I experienced car trouble (flashing engine light) on my way home from work in Ozark. While I nursed my car back to Branson, my son called Big O to see if I could bring the car straight there and have them check it out . They were waiting when I arrived, diagnosed the problem and then offered to stay late to fix it. What a relief! My car has been working great ever since. A big thank you to Wade and Austin for the excellent customer service.
