Big O Tires

My most recent experience at Big O was a pleasant one. I had my problem diagnosed and repairs scheduled but not before an estimate and an agreement was made. The repairs were done expertly and my auto is once again a pleasure to drive. Well done.

My SUV needed a oil change air compressor and serpentine belt and clutch. These guys are amazing they stayed late to service my truck. Seeing that I'm just a visitor from Chicago, Illinois and they went above and beyond to guarantee that I would be able to get home. Thank you wade and to your entire mechanic team for your help.

I had bought my tires at a "big box store" and they could not install because they didn't have the proper tool. I drove right away to Big O and my two tires were installed IN FIVE MINUTES! I was very impressed and will return for my other two tires. I will say, however, that I had already gotten an on-line estimate from you for the other tires but in your store, the estimate they gave me for the same tires was a LOT higher than the on-line estimate. If you can match your own on-line estimate, I will definitely be back to get the other two tires. THANKS!
