Was suprised to get right in and the vehicle inspection was done so fast!

They worked on our flat tire, finding nothing wrong with except it lost air. The charge for their service was reasonable.

Service is great - associates are very informative is questions are asked - associates are friendly - and some of them remember you from your previous appointments. That's nice

When I brought my truck in to get a quote for front end work, I had been to the dealership a few months back for an alignment and was told that an adjuster was broken. The dealership adjusted it the best they could, they claimed. Big O checked out my front end and told me that everything was all well and good. So I had them go ahead and do the alignment. They could had told me parts needed to be replaced. Thank You so much to the crew at the 248 shop. My truck has never driven so well since I've owned it!

So.... I had a super bad experience a few years ago and had not used Big O since but I ran into a situation of balancing 40x14.5 tires on 14wide wheels and had exhausted all other options in branson. I reluctantly went into the store and asked if they could do it and they were honest saying they didn't know, he had never tried on something that big. He was super careful and cautious with my $8000 wheels and after a test run, we decided it would work. The guy can't remember his name (assistant manager) if I remember was super cool and helped me right at closing and wasn't upset or sad in the least. I have a trailer to do soon I'll be seeing you guys. Thanks a ton. Super grateful.
