Best Tire Service I've had!!

Actually, what really brought me satisfaction was that there was no television turned on. I so needed (and still need) a refuge from all the hype, hatred and vitriol from the media. I want to thank whoever is responsible for making this happen.

Had to get both cars inspected for get new plates in MO! Both cars (a 2009 and a 2015) were taken is right away, given a through inspection. I think the total time for both cars was about 30 minutes! Great job! Thanks!

Service was great! I was a walk in and they no problem taking my car. The gentleman whom I spoke with was very polite.

Came in looking for diagnostic on loud tire noise. Technicians confirmed it was due to flat spots on the the rear tires and agreed to a warranty replacement. I then asked to purchase two additional tires to replace the others so that all 4 were new and at same level of wear.

My wife and I are new to the area and had no idea where to get our 2011 Hyundai serviced. Every time we had attempted at the local Walmart it was too busy and a long wait. We had a long trip out of town to take with the car already being overdue a service. On a busy afternoon we went into your Branson store and met Howard. We were both blown away as to the courtesy and professionalism he exemplified as he made room for us and we were in and out within 30 minutes. Howard came in during this process showing us the cabin and air filters that both needed replacement. We both appreciate information without the pushy sales stuff. I've been a service manager of a Kenworth Dealer for years. I know good service when I see it and I certainly seen it at your Branson location.
