Fast service very polite

We’re visiting from Arkansas and developed a brake problem. We just dropped in (no appointment) and the service team was unfazed, courteous and knowledgeable. In one hour we were back on vacation with peace of mind. Thank you to the Big O Tire team!

Everything was good

Within my immediate family and grandparents, we have all six vehicles serviced here. We implicitly trust Matt Smith, Austin, Wade, Chris and Howard. Although I do miss the Keurig, their coffee is still pretty good. Whenever they service our vehicles, they are thorough and detailed. They always explain the issues we are having in common terms and we are always treated with respect. We feel valued. I wouldn't go anywhere else and we only recommend this specific vehicle center.

First time i went there a few weeks ago i was greeted by my car. Excellant. Friendly people.

License reg. inspection needed for DMV. Very prompt and courteous. Thanks for getting me in and out, and back to the DMV before they closed for the day!!

My wife came there to get a set of new tires. The staff was very respectful towards her. They did not try to sell her anything she did not need. The service went quickly. She was very pleased and will definitely return in the future.

I was able to make an appointment very easily and in a timely manner. They were ready for my car when I got there. I waited for my car and the waiting area was very clean and quiet. This may sound weird, but what I appreciated the most was that there was no television, stereo piped-in music, radio of any kind to be heard. It was very refreshing to go into a public place and have calmness. I had my tires rotated and was there less than a half an hour. I was treated with dignity and respect.

My wife and I are on a short vacation and woke op this morning to a flat tire. I was able to get my tire repaired quickly for a reasonable cost.

Oil change only no problems.

I can in because a tire light came on my dash. The service crew checked all around my tires and found 2 issues with my tires. They were patient with my questions and I learned something about my car that I did not know
