I had a blown tire off the side of a busy highway. Upon my arrival the Big O team jumped to my rescue finding the right tire and promptly had me on my way in less than 30 minutes. The staff were friendly, helpful, and experienced in their products. They made me a Big O customer for my needs of the future. Thank you.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Explained options well since the tire we needed was not standard. Answered all our questions so as to alleviate any worries we had. Very professional. We were a walk in customer yet they were at our car as soon as we got out. Very satisfied with Big O Tires.

Howard was a huge help. My wait time was short. The lobby was clean and pleasant. I got a lot of work done while I waited! Howard also suggested the Big O gift cards and Michelin mail in rebate that I took advantage of. Great service.

Had to have my brake booster replaced while on vacation. Needed it done in one day, the day before July 4th, so we could travel back across country on the 5th. Wade was exceptionally professional, came out to greet me in the parking lot as I pulled in, and really worked hard to make sure the part was acquired and installed the same day. The repair definitely fixed the problem so their diagnosis and fix were spot on. The price was reasonable under the circumstances. I would definitely recommend to anyone needing any of the services they provide.

Appointment time met, coupon accepted, service completed in a timely manner. We have to cars and both are serviced regularly by Big O.

I've been to Big-O-Tires Branson location many times in the past two years for repairs and service on all three of our vehicles. I've never taken the time to actually fill out a survey until now. Howard has excellent customer service skills and greets each customer he sees, I know others do this as well but Howard is who we see the most op front! Manager Matt is always running around like a chicken with his head cut off, multitasking, keeping things on track, doing service work, front end work, ordering parts, and all the while making customers feel like family and keeping them informed as to what is going on with their vehicles. Austin in the shop is very knowledgeable and always eager to explain things and show things to the customers so they can make a better informed decision. There are many others at this location that are very vital to the daily operations of this company, but just don't know their names yet. All of these people at the Branson location are an asset to this company and I thank you all for the friendly home town feeling and service you provide! My family and I will always be faithful customers! THANK YOU!

desk help was extremely friendly, even though we had to make three visits to resolve all concerns they were gracious and didn't charge for the final return. It was a faulty belt that got installed and they replaced it.

Howard does a tremendous job of helping us to service our vehicles. He drives our vehicles to work so we do not have to sit and wait for the service. This is a huge help to us. He is always pleasing to deal with and tells us he is glad to help.

I did not have an appointment and they were able to get me in without waiting very long. Basically just gave them my keys and waited. Not any interaction.
