Convenience and time it took to have a vehicle inspected was a real plus. The associate I dealt with was very friendly and knowledgeable --- I was very impressed with his professionalism dealing with customers in the store as well as those calling in for information. I was upset that a customer who seemed to be very familiar with the store and employees was not socially distancing or wearing a mask and no one mentioned it to him despite sign on door.

Wade has great customer service skills. Went the extra mile to satisfy this customer.

Had a flat tire while driving and tow truck driver was able to contact this Big O Tires. When I arrived Howard Carlos was very courteous and knowledgeable to work with. He was able to perfectly match the replacement tire and sensor and needed alignment.

We had 2 stock 5th wheel tires go bad at the same time. We replaced all 4 tires (and bought another tire to replace the spare). Big O had excellent prices on the new tires. They also worked us in quickly (which was nice since we were on vacation). Everyone from the front desk to the mechanics were very helpful. They turned a bad situation into an excellent experience. Very impressed.

First and foremost I was greeted by Wade who is one of the most friendly and efficient gentlemen there. I can also hear him talking to other customers in person and when he answers the phone. He's never too busy to be polite and makes you feel as though he truly cares about your car and whatever needs to be done. Others could learn by him as to how customers can feel when they are greeted by him and/or taken care of and having the work explained. His attitude is one that would definitely bring customers back again. This is not my first visit, as I rely on BigOTires at all times. Thank you for allowing me to complete this survey Jeanie Hall
