Very fast professional service.

The man that helped us with our car was very knowledgeable and was easy to talk to and explained everything perfectly.

They had my vehicle in within minutes. I needed new tires and thought maybe something else was wrong so wasn't surprised when they called to let me know I had a serious issue. The options were laid out with no pressure so I was able to make a good decision on repairs.

Everyone was nice and prompt. Very knowledgeable about my service and willing to explain.

The employees were all very friendly and helped me right away. My appointment was scheduled for 1:00 to have my break pads checked but I wrote it down incorrectly as 10:00. They worked me in so I would not need to leave and return. My brake pads were good and they did not charge me for this verification service. While I was there, I asked them to change my oil and it wasn't a problem, they got right on it!

I was very impressed with the customer service and the speed of service. I felt the prices were very competitive. I would definitely use this store for future tire purchases.

I left my car the night before and dropped my keys in the drop box. Since I was a returning customer, they recognized my vehicle and called me to inquire about what I needed. I always feel that I'm treated well and the employees and managers are giving me an honest assessment that leaves me with feasible and affordable options.

My appoinment was for a new battery for my car; however, my car would not start even with I tried to jump it. I went to the store to tell them my situation, and they immediately said that they couldl help me. They took me to the car and started it with their jumpbox. The ease and confidence of the staff helped me more than I expected. They made a bad day better.

I love working with the guys at Big O. They don't charge you an arm & a leg for a diagnostic assessment on your vehicle, unlike the shop I tried in Springfield. They still have a HomeTown feel about them and treat their customers right. That's what keeps me coming back!
