We had a brake failure while on our vacation to the Ozarks on a Saturday morning. We called all over Branson, MO looking for someone to help us and found out through the team at O'Reilly Auto Parts that Big O just down the street might be able to help us. We called and talked to Howard and he got us right in and fixed the problem. Thanks for saving our day and Vacation. You are AWESOME

I got tires last week and you now have a customer for life.

I had an oil leak at two locations on the engine of my 2015 Hyundai Sonata. The problems were diagnosed and repaired very professionally. The estimated time for repair was set at 3 hrs. which included an oil change and that deadline was met. I have been in for tire service and oil change previously and have always been taken care of very efficiently and with friendly service. The attitude toward customers is always up-beat and positive!

Gentleman that checked me in was very polite and if he couldn't answer my questions he had another gentleman come in as he was a fairly new employee. Got my car in right away. I have also bought tires a couple of months ago and referred a friend of mine to come to Branson store to buy tires.

I was visiting Branson when my alternator went out. I contacted one store that I have heard of before and they were booked until Monday. O'Reilly suggested Big O Tires to me. I was pleased with the service as soon as I stepped in the door. It felt like the employee was genuinely glad to see me and wanted to help all he could. He was very pleasant throughout the visit and exceeded my expectations. My vehicle was immediately brought in and fixed while I went with my friend to Silver Dollar City. I will definitely be back!
