My car was towed to the store with a blown tire. Service was initiated the next day over the phone.

They were close to closing and stayed open till they got us done. Great and servive.

I was able to get the service that I needed quickly, and the staff was knowledgeable and communicated with me timely. Also, the young lady that assisted me shared stories with me, which is what life is all about.

The manager, Matt Smith, was very professional, knowledgeable and focused on providing me an excellent service experience. I've been coming to this Big O Tires for years now and I bring not just my cars, but my parent's and in-law's vehicles as well. It's nice to have a place you can TRUST. Having guys like Howard and Jaspar working there is great too! They all do a fantastic job!
