I’m not from the Branson area. My daughter and I are on vacation and the staff at Big O Tires treated us like they knew us. They took care of fixing my tire in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend them to anyone that has tire needs!

I went in to see if I could schedule an appointment to have my tires changed. They said they could get me right in. The time frame for changing the tires and the oil was exactly what they had estimated. There was an alignment issue and they told me about it but in no way pressured me to correct the issue. This is the second time I have used this Big O Tire location for two separate jobs. The staff has also been professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patient with my questions. I will definitely return to this location!

The guys here are great! I've been going here for 4 years and won't go anywhere else. Matt, Jasper, and Chandler are the best. They always take care of my truck like it was their own vehicle and let me see what the problems with it are.

The work was done as promised and on schedule

I called at 3:30 PM and asked if they had time to do a brake fluid flush and refill. They said yes so I took it right over. They were done within 45" and I was on my way. Great customer service and friendly people.

The employees were all nice and they asked me before doing anything to my car if I was okay with the price
