Great service

I was in Branson for my son's baseball tournament and I woke up to a flat tire. Put a spare on and Found a nail in the regular tire.....a simple fix! Called Walmart at 720 am and was told "it will be at least a half an hour wait from the time you drop it off"�....... no thanks! Called Big O tires and spoke to Matt. He told me he could get me in right away, $20 to repair it. I went there and about 45 minutes later we were on our way back to Kansas City. The service technician (I didn't get his name) was very friendly, aired up all my tires, and put my spare back on! I will definitely use them again should i need their services in the future!

I came in close to closing time with a big nail in my tire. The tire couldn’t be repaired. They had a reasonably priced tire in stock and were kind enough to bag up the “nailed” tire and place it in my car so I could return it for road hazard credit when I returned to Texas from vacationing in Branson. We were in and out in a reasonable period of time and didn’t feel as though the staff was frustrated to have us come in near closing time.

I was greeted promptly and my car was ready to go in 30 minutes!!

I got the tires I wanted and the change was completed in less than ( 2 ) hours.

I used them this week for the first time. Am very pleased

Came in from out of town with a tire leak. We were worked in quickly even though the store was busy on a weekend day. We had no appointment
