I am from Texas visiting the area and got a flat tire and stop at this location and they Service my vehicle and not charging me anything at all. I appreciate the Service but I Felt bad for them not charging me anything but the Service Manager and the technicians were friendly and professional . I Recomend this place to anybody without any reservation.

Aside from being genuinely friendly people, this location has always made quick and efficient work on my vehicle's. They are quick to get parts if, they are not at their location. They always have coffee going and a clean restroom.

Used yesterday and wanted to know if I wanted front end checked

Needed a 33/12.5/15 tire for our 05 Wrangler X TJ..I looked around, Big O' was the only place that A. Carried off road name brand tires in my size B. Had them in stock and was waiting on me when I walked in the door..even greeted me by name which is nice . I ordered through Acima credit..Big O knew what to do no problem and even though it took Acima nearly 3 hours to send Big O the proper paperwork, they were still " Steady as she goes" friendly and gave incremental updates explaining what I was waiting on and why..This was no fault of Big O..Acima couldn't get A with B and C to the proper channels or something but i was happy to wait...The staff is friendly and though they were swamped with business the boss, who was in the trenches with his team, came out alot to personally greet or thank everyone that came in and left. That is hometown hospitality and manners at its best..I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER AND MY TIRES ARE BAD$@! ON THE JEEP..ILL BE BACK FOR MORE WITH MY OTHER VEHICLES FOR SURE!! ☆☆☆☆☆ FIVE TIMES BIG O' TIRES YOU DESERVE IT

It took a few minutes for anyone to greet me in the store. But once someone did, they were very friendly and I had prompt service.

Chelsey was awesome helping me with check-in, informing me of status and helping input coupons and discounts.

I was in town for the Christmas Holiday and had a problem with one of my tires losing air. The guys had me fixed up and ready to go quickly and with plenty of smiles. The price wasn't painful either.

I was travelling back home to Texas from Missouri, when my lamp out light came on. I called 8 other stores, went in to 2 different stores all telling me they could not help me with replacing a headlamp bulb. I finally made it to Big O Tires. The gentleman at the counter was pleasant, took my information and told me it would be a few moments for them to let me know price and how long. I walked out within 30 minutes and paid a very reasonable price. Anyone in their area, I suggest their company. The next time I travel that way and have any issues they will be my number one stop.
