Part broken while rotating tires … was ordered and replaced at no charge.

Just moved here from Arizona. I needed to get an admissions test to register my car in Missouri. I called first, they said no appointments only walk ins, and it would be about an hour wait depending. When I arrived, they said it would be about an hour wait before they could get me in. I went outside to talk on my phone and to my surprise the car was done within 25 minutes of my arrival. I planned on being there at least an 1 1/2 hours but was pleasantly surprised when they got me in-and-out in such a timely manner. Would definitely return.

I have been coming to Big O since my husband passed away and I believe they have treated me fairly on my maintenance, etc. I believe they understand my circumstances and this makes me feel comfortable.

My vehicle had been serviced at a mitchem for brakes, they neglected the rear but insisted I needed tires. Big O found their mistakes and fixed it. They were clear in what was needed and the cost, all upfront.
