Big O Tires

Replaced my alternator on my tundra. I supplied the alternator due to pricing.

Wade was awesome we are not from here had brand new tires ruined by auto shop back home that didn’t align my vehicle after putting on new struts by the time we got here my front tires were shot Mitchner tires tried to rip us off telling us wrong info wade took really good care of us very professional and honest we love that guy he made a horrible start to our vacation way better the car is so smooth now he needs a raise and or promotion

I am an 80 year old widow who relies on Big O to keep my car safe and updated. Have been going to Big O for everything for the past 17 months and have always been satisfied and pleased there.

I called in and Matt said he could work me in. I was expecting to have to schedule an appointment. I appreciated the quick turn around.

We had two completely flat tires. We were towed in, seen quickly and out within 45 minutes.

Even though my visit to Big O's was free for me, rotate tires and fix a flat, I was treated as though I had spent big bucks there. The service was quick and the service manager was friendly. Big O's is the best.

Big O at the Branson location was great! I needed new tires on my truck to handle the frequent travel on gravel roads, not to mention a trip to the Rockies in Winter. The rep there showed me all the options I had available based on my tires size and made a few recommendations that I am confident are accurate based on the need. The next day I was able to get the tires on and in no time I was home with my family for dinner.

Always friendly helpful

I felt that I was taken care of almost immediately and it seemed quite busy there. The gentleman that greeted me and also took care of my tire problem was very pleasant and answered questions that I had regarding more tire replacements in the near future. I also asked about a "spare tire" as I dont have one and would like to get information regarding that one item. Thank you Ms. Hall
