Big O Tires

Had a tire replaced after hitting some thing that punctured it on the road. They came to my home took the tire off went back to the tire store put the new one on my rim then came back and put it back on my car.Could not be happier

Appointment easily scheduled and tires were in stock; I observed how friendly and professional the Big O staff as they greeted other customers that came while I waited for my tires to be installed.

The service man was very helpful in finding us agood used tire for our truck!We really couldn't afford a new one, and he came through for us!Also, it was at a fair price. We are very happy with your company!!

Loved out fast and quick the service was. I had no wait time in getting my tires on. I am very happy about how well the staff new there information and how respectful they were.

Got 2 tires on monday. Was told by another company that I needed new tierods. So just sit back and waited. Was told I needed an alignment which I agreed to.I ask about the tierods. Was told they were fine. Thanks for not taking advantage of a lady.

I was from out of town And had screw in my tire. Did not have an appointment and they was to fix my in about half hour and got me back on the road so I could get back a enjoy my vacation.

Our front brakes needed service on vacation so we stopped at Big O to see if they could fit us in on short notice. Matt greeted us as we were getting out of our vehicle. I explained the problem and he got us right in. The rate was reasonable and customer service was excellent.

We showed up right at closing needing a tire repair. The gentleman here were very polite and professional and worked very diligent to repair the tire and get us on our way.

I bought tires there recently had no problem and great service, and then the second time had my chevy hhr work on tranny oil change , highly recommend.Great Job

I have been coming to Big O for about 4 years to service my car since my husband died. I recommend Big O to everyone to do vehicle service as opposed to car dealerships who have in the past been overpriced and not trustworthy! I will continue to do business with Big O as the Branson location has been, in my opinion trust worthy and honest in all times I have gone to them. Hopefully I my small way of recommending Big O you have gain some more customers.

Had a tire problem...fixed...oil change...done.. new wiper blades.. thank goodness...last but not least tires rotated. .

As a regular customer it’s nice to be remembered as well as having my vehicle information on file. These workers are familiar with my car, check in is easy and checking out is easy. Plenty of parking at this location, plenty of seating areas and TVs to watch to kill time. If y’all had a sofa in the waiting room I would have slept that’s how comfortable I feel while there.
